How long does shipping take via Owl Post?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK and 7-14 business days for international orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy for enchanted items?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been tampered with by Gringotts or Dark Magic. Please note that personalized wands and opened potion ingredients are non-returnable.

Are your wands made of authentic materials?

All our wands are high-quality replicas crafted from premium resin or authentic wood, depending on the collection. While they do not contain real phoenix feathers or dragon heartstring, they are officially licensed and highly detailed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept physical Galleons, Sickles, or Knuts at this time due to Muggle banking regulations.
